When will my order dispatch?
Within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. This is dispatch time, not delivery time. Carrier transit depends on the destination and shipping conditions.
Is shipping free?
Canada shipping is free for orders over $75 CAD; otherwise standard Canada shipping is $8.95 CAD. Standard US shipping is $12.95 CAD. Checkout shows the final charge.
Can I return my order?
Unused, non-personalized items are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery. Personalized goods are final sale unless damaged or incorrect. Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.
