Shipping charges
Standard shipping within Canada is $8.95 CAD. Canadian orders over $75 CAD qualify for free shipping. Standard US shipping is $12.95 CAD. The available method and final shipping charge are shown at checkout.
Addresses and order changes
Check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to make a correction, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.
Returns
Unused, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions and the correct return address. Personalized products are final sale unless damaged or incorrect. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.
