Store and orders
NorthNest Goods offers winter essentials, home goods and gifts. Provide accurate contact, delivery and billing information and ensure you are authorized to use the selected payment method. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order; payment and fulfilment status will be communicated separately where applicable.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. The checkout shows available payment methods and the order total, including the shipping and taxes calculated there. Payment is processed through the configured payment provider. We may contact you to resolve a payment, availability or order-information issue before dispatch.
Availability and product information
Product descriptions and images help you choose an item. Colour can vary with your display and lighting. Please use listed dimensions and specifications rather than judging size from a staged image. If important information is missing, ask us before ordering. We will contact you if an ordered item becomes unavailable or a material listing error affects your order.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders dispatch from our Toronto warehouse within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery occurs after dispatch and depends on the carrier and destination. The dispatch window does not represent a delivery guarantee. Shipping & Returns explains the available shipping charges and process.
Personalization and returns
Check names, wording and submitted photographs carefully when ordering personalized items. Our Returns & Refunds page explains the 30-day return process for eligible unused items and the exceptions for personalized goods.
Safe use
Follow the instructions and safety information supplied with each product, especially electrical and heated items. Contact us if instructions or specifications are unclear. Product imagery does not replace the supplied instructions.
Accounts and fair use
Keep account credentials private and contact us if you notice unauthorized account use. Do not misuse checkout, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with the site. We may investigate or limit activity reasonably believed to threaten the store or other customers.
